Heh heh heh, the EXACT same thing happened to me this afternoon. The internet makes things so much...complexer, don't you think?! Its all passive agressive and evil and sweet and all around GAH. And it puts all these stupid thoughts in your head like 'if I friend him, will he think I'm waaay too into him, or am I being stupid? well why hasn't he friended me? Do I even know him enough to friend him? Does he want to hear from me? Do I want to hear from him?' and then you're like 'oh C'MON you silly brain, just let it go!!" and nothing gets done. :D

remember when we talked on livejournal a couple times and then i said i didn't want to talk anymore due to an overwhelming case of idealism?

well, it's been like...some large amount of time and i'm a little better at being a person. and since i still think you're really cool, despite the death of my extreme infatuation with camp/ers, i'm friending you again and maybe sometime we'll talk.

i have no idea what kind of relationship to expect and therefore prepare myself for, which makes me nervous, but that's not such a big deal.

I don't IM on LJ, no. And not much else. I use the internet at the library only right now 'cause I don't have my own (working on that, though) so I only have an hour a day if I decide to go to the library to begin with.
