I got back from St. Catharine's yesterday which was rather fun. Linds' new abode is tres nice and the weather was great and overall I'm glad that and impressed that we managed to get along all so well and fill our time without a single television or internet connected computer ( Read more... )

what type of magazine is it? political?

it's an urban issues magazine, specifically Toronto...sometimes politics (the mayor, transit budgets,etc), sometimes semi-political (how to make the parks cleaner, crime, etc) and sometimes not political at all (city wide easter egg hunt!)

I hope you will support Helen Kennedy's http://www.helenkennedy.ca nomination to be the NDP candidate for city councillor in Ward 20 Trinity-Spadina.

She is already endorsed by Olivia Chow and tenant groups.

it's always a peeve of mine when people post anonymous, but have no worries I'm deffinitely supporting Helen and she didn't need O.C.'s stamp of approval to get mine, Helen is an awesome woman.

On that note: I have nothing against Tam, and she would also make a strong candidate, but I simply believe Helen will make the stronger.
