Don't let your insurance company control your health care. If you and your doctor agree that Adderall is the thing for you, Go ahead and buy it. When the pharmacy asks about your insurance, say "Cash, please".

If you find the price is more than you can afford, or more than you wish to pay for the effect, talk to your doctor about the generic form, D-Amphetamine Salt.

If the insurers decide to pay for it, that's great, but you're in charge.

For the PF, some of my SCA friends used to roll their feet on tennis balls. After some more recent reading for another friend who just got it, it sounds like rolling your feet over a frozen pop can (or similar size) is also good.

Good Luck with the Plantar Fascitis that's a lot of what's wrong with my feet. Unfortunately I appear to be going for long term debilitating pain.

Good trick for the feet. If you're having a bad feet get a frozen bottle of water and run your feet over it while standing up. It stretches the plantar out.
