You know...I went to the trails today with the dogs, all psyched for another run. As I was pulling into the lot, I found out the entire course had been roped off for a race that I didn't even know about. I probably could have done really well on the 10k portion at this stage(but the 30k was a bit out of my reach right now).
One thing I did find out by looking at the course map, however-I was running 30k pretty regularly back in December/January. Probably more. I hope they do it again next year, since it's my home course and I'd do really well on it(especially since I know the trail and all the challenges)
+1 with missplatypus. Congrats on the rapid progress, but be careful not to push too hard. Listen to your body if/when it tells you to back off. Good luck!

Do you do any HIIT / SIT training along with your distance runs?

I'll have to try it out and see how it works for me-once I can actually puts some distance into my distance runs again.

When we're finally in NH I'll have 5 acres of running space. Complete with scenic ponds. Yaay!! XD

You should move to Austin instead.

I think NH should be afraid of us. I'm certainly not afraid of it.
Besides, TX has huge belt buckles. That's not weird?
I'm tired of living near the southern border anyways. :P
