Ooh, awesome! Sorry to take so long with my feedback - I'm not finished my fic yet and I was trying to hold off reading until I was done... but no. I broke down and read and I'm glad I did. The angst was so delicious, and you actually got them together in season 9. I particularly love the first scene... so angsty, and so hot and so... wow, you had Daniel call Sam "Colonel" - did I mention hot? And believable? Yay!

Secretly-doing-it S/D is pretty much my favorite thing ever, so how could I not love this fic? I especially like your unique jumping-off point, and the unconventional aftermath of their first time. How could there not be such baggage after all that time being so close? I love them and their issues, I really do. Great job!
