I'm making this journal into my health journal for something to do. I can't think of anything else to write about.
Today I did a lot of walking. I wandered around town and talked to people. I had 4 cups of coffee and one meal. My stress level was low today.
Todays stats:
Blood pressure:
Systolic = 154
diastolic = 096
Pulse = 113
Weight: 160 -
feeling a little bit whoozy
I havnt taken my medication for three days because I was too lazy to take it. I find one of them makes me gain way too much weight, and makes me sleep a lot. And that makes it really hard to work ( Read more... ) -
I drink too much coffee
I drink way too much coffee sometimes. Sometimes I drink so much that it's hard to roll myself a ciggerette since my hands are shaking so bad. But I find coffee helps me concentrate and wake up. I think my computer is infected with viruses/spyware. Though there's not much I can do about it now. -

So I'm going to study the A+ certification. I'm currently doing nothing. I have no life except for fixing computers and hanging out with random people. A lot of people make their journals friends only. I dont really feel like doing that since I never write anything (I have nothing to hide since I have no life).
