Reading is often an escape mechanism that I use. I'll read just about anything, but if I want to not deal with things, I'll bury myself in fantasy novels. I've had a growing appetite for non-fiction lately, but it isn't the same thing at all. I've been like this for years. Used to drive my family crazy. In all my infinite wisdom, I decided that I was going to join this weight lifting class at the gym. Not just the little hand weights. No. This is a class where you have a bar and place the weights on it yourself.
