Thanks, ib! I must make a confession: I have *never* eaten Chocolate Silk Pie! (hangs head) I love chocolate *cake* but never made the leap to chocolate pie. HOWEVER, I saw some GORGEOUS pix of Chocolate Silks online and, well, they all whispered, "Alex, Alex, Alex" to me. Yup, I'm an odd duck.

Oh, you absolutely MUST try it! (In moderation of course.) Much much better than chocolate cake! And I'm not even a chocolate lover! I usually only have chocolate anything if someone gives it to me, but I will and have paid money for Chocolate Silk pie. Mmmm. Decadence.
