So I have a new job description. I no longer talk to people on the phone. Rarely, anyway. I look at issues my co-workers send to a work list, and I either copy and paste lots of numbers, or I look at it and exclaim, "Oh my God, how can you be so stupid!?!?" Then I figure out what to do and copy and paste stuff

Even with all the boredom of copying and pasting, that still sounds much better than talking to morons on the phone all day. Congrats!
