Um. So. BS. I have five pups that I shall run through as I am terrible at BS, liek whoa.
Niamh, prolly not much there. He'd know Phil via Quidditch (assuming he is on the Puff team, which HE SHOULD BE, SIRIUSLY!).
Killy probably adores him. Another Puff student who WINS AT COMC YAYZ!
Emmy he shall know via Quidditch as well as through her brother, Nate.
Who would be my last char. Nate left Hogwarts two years ago and was team captain and keeper for the Puffs then, so Sean would know him. Nate and he would probably have gotten on rather famously, really.
I don't think they'll turn me down, so as far as I'm concerned Sean = Puff seeker. So YES. Knows Phil (they would easily get along), would LOVE Emmy more than life. And Killy. Because he's almost good at her class.
I can see he and Nate having been rather good friends and teammates and now Sean is "keeping an eye on Emmy". :P Which is a mission he concocted all by himself and amounts to following Emmy around and potentially annoying her by talking to much. *sage nod* So he could've met Nate in his first year and got to know him better once he was on the team. Brilliant, all! Agreed on all counts, absolutely! And Emmy would probably just find it amusing and adore him. She does not at all mind energy, craziness and lots of talking. XD So Sean's first year, he and Nate met and then spent the years getting to be good mates.
Preston will inevitably hate him. Because poor Sean is halfblood and Hufflepuff and not cool and, well, because Preston's a prick. XD He wouldn't have actively harassed him, however, unless he got in his way at some point. That's up to you!
Andra will love him; she adores people who are enthusiastic and nice, especially if they can control a conversation. She's too softspoken sometimes, so it's good for her to have someone a little more aggressive in a chat!
If he took Ancient Runes, Gil would know him; otherwise the only Prof we have is RONNIE! Who would, like Andra, love his infectious personality. And she'd likely tease him a lot, since he knows he's not cool. XD
Yay for more hate! And getting in his way is completely the thing Sean would do (sometimes on purpose, most times totally not), so if Preston would like to know him as That Annoying Hufflepuff One, I like it. XD
I can completely see he and Andra being good mates, as he would be utterly charmed by her. Aaand, no, would not know Gil, but would ADORE Ronnie. Even though he's awful at her class, he will love her awesome craziness and TRY to do good. (And won't succeed, but that's not the point.) And he needs to be teased for his extreme uncool, so YES. :P
Yeah, I don't think he'd know Veronica or Ana, or I can't think of anyway he'd know them. But would know Jackie, I think; could've met whatever year she joined the Quidditch team. Or might know her through Gabe. Or... both! ;)
Haha, well, in that case, maybe through Gabe it is. And same year would be okay for them too, I think -- her second, his fourth -- aaand bonded over their mutual adoration of Quidditch.
Cassidy has classes with him, so she'd probably know him. They could be study/homework partners for CoMC, (if you ever get homework or stuff to study in that class) as they both like that class?
Jesse... does he make trouble? He probably annoys him anyway.
Jeannie would adore him, simply put. She likes flying and art, is very hyper, and they both are Irish and not musically inclined. She would probably stalk him and poke him and giggle a bunch and be a general Sean!fangirl. They're not in the same House and pretty far apart in year... maybe he saw her drawing one day or something?
Ooh, okay, CoMC partners works and since they take classes together, they could be study partners in general. His reasoning would be "Ravenclaws = Smart, Me = Not So Smart?" XD
And I'm pretty sure Sly gets him into trouble, actually. So Jesse could probably know him as Sly's sidekick and king of getting into entirely inadvertent and entirely not his fault trouble. :P And yes, would probably annoy Jesse regardless.
Jeannie he would LOVE! She would remind him of one of his little sisters and thus he would dote on her. Endlessly. And they would get along brilliant-like. So... okay, I like that, earlier in the year (this is her first year, right?) he saw her drawing and was all, "Hi! I do that too!" XD
Haha, well, Cassidy isn't that smart compared to the other Ravenclaws she knows, but she has a good work ethic so she'd at least be a decent study partner. :P

Yays! I agree, they'd get along splendidly. Julian's last name alone would be enough for Sean to be a fan. XD Met at the sorting feast in Julian's first year, Sean gave him the hearty Hufflepuff welcome, yes?
