so...i take an ambien last night...yep, broke down after not sleeping well for a while, and went and got the script filled...i took a 10 mg around 10 pm, waited about 20 min or so for it to kick in, and started feeling somewhat drowsy...got into bed...fell asleep...but alack...woke up at least 5 times between midnight and 6 am! why did i bother ( Read more... )

i just got off the phone with my childhood best friend...it was so good to talk to her, finally, because i've been missing her and wanting to talk to her for a while, and even more so because she is going through a tremendous ordeal right now...i am so thankful that she had the courage to finally stand up to her fiancee and end the relationship...
