Shouldn't we already have Lucas's vocoder and the UEO by now? :D

While the seaQuest was commissioned in 2013 (under Capt. Marilyn Stark), the Livingstone Trench incident didn't occur until 2017 and that was the trigger for the formation of the UEO. The vocoder was experimental in 2018 when it was installed in the newly commissioned seaQuest (under UEO aegis). As for Lucas, he's 11 years old in 2013 (born in 2002).

Well, I knew we should be getting close by now...my memory of the actual dates in the show is slightly hazy, it may be time for a rewatch. :)

I nicked this icon off someone (whose LJ account has since been deleted) years ago and love it very much
