anybody know a good house cleaning service in the area? I have a small apartment and I'm hoping I can find a place that will do a one time cleaning and not cost me $100+ :(

Groupon and similar often have deals for that.

you can try homejoy or some other service, handy.

we used people from homejoy and they were pretty good, but you have to tell them exactly what and how you need things to be cleaned. otherwise they will spend the whole time vacuuming one room.

I've tried both of those companies and they were absolutely horrible. Handy in particular cancelled on me 3 times in one week and tried to place the blame on me for not booking out far enough.

Let me expand on my first comment. I own my own cleaning business here in Olympia but I occasionally travel to Seattle to clean. I'm a sole proprietor and I have many references. My rate is $25/hour and the average house takes me 2 - 3 hours. Let me know if you're interested!
