One of my friends uses Merry Maids every few months to do the 'nitty gritty' cleaning in their apartment. The terrible stuff we don't ever want to do: cleaning baseboards, washing walls, scrubbing that weird stain off the bath tub that won't come out no matter how hard you scrub, etc. She is really happy with their service, but ymmv.

ETA: This is in Lynnwood, but I'm sure they service Everett as well.

Wehoneydo.com contracts services for a variety of things including a deep clean like that. I used them to clean the house that I was prepping for sale and the price was very reasonable (I thought)
