Beer! Tried this - http://www.shmaltz.com/HEBREW/rye.html this weekend and I can't recomend it enough. Absolutely delicious.

It's realy quite amazing. The hops are pretty burried but rye whiskey falvour is very up front and the vanilla and caramel on the finish linger quite nicely.

And it's kosher!
