OK, everyone, I'm going to be getting a new cell phone number in the next couple of days. I've been in Seattle for four years now, so I figure it's about time to switch my number from a Colorado number to a Seattle one. Hoorah! We officially have an offer on our house! After being on the market for four months without a single offer, we got an offer earlier tonight for a mere $500 less than we had asked for the house.
