This is my last pack of cigarettes. For real.
I broke my sobriety the Saturday and Sunday nights, but I'd like to consider myself a social drinker.
Also, I went running today.. Just got back. I ran for a mile then walked back because I felt like I was going to die. I'll get better at it hopefully.
