ok so how does this make sense?

I stopped eating junk food (fastfood, pop, candy, etc) and i have been exercising atleast 3 or 4 times a week ....

yet im GAINING weight???

i just want my weight to get back to normal... which is 12 lbs less ...

i just ran 25 minutes straight, did situps, crunches, push ups, squats ... everything ...

be positive.

fat is lighter than muscle. maybe you're just gaining muscle!

the way i quit was slowly, first no pop ... and after i stopped craving it ... no fast food, and then the candy and other junk foods.

I know how you can lose most of that 12 lbs.....I am on a diet from a place that I paid for and i paid about 500 dollars for it, I have already lost 25 lbs so i know it works ( ... )

hey -
i just feel like i need to lose weight bc i gained it so quickly... but yea im vegatarian ... so no red meat for me!

but as a basic run down heres what i eat

breakfast - small bowl of healthy cereal, or a piece of fruit.
lunch - salad or a veggie sub from subway or fruit salad
dinner - usually salad or some type of veggies

snacks - granola bars or fruit snacks.

i dunno like i cheat once in a while and have icecream but not often... i think i need to exercise more
