I know I said I wasn't going to eat dinner yesterday but I was feeling really binge-y last night so I let myself have about 200cals of soy crisps and 50cals of grilled chicken. This week has been pretty bad (not over-eating just not restricting) but that's because of the team meetings Mon-Wed and now I'm at home so I can't really help it. Definitely will do better next week, but thanks for the comment! At least I haven't gained :)
