I've not been very well in the head the last few weeks. But I'm still here.
It hurts though. Being here that is.

*hugs* hope the psych goes well - and that you can find some sort of release.... maybe watching a movie that makes you cry might help? dunno... I know what it's like to feel like you need a release....
