It's late and I should be in bed, but wev. The thing that I was thinking about recently is that even though there are more great women characters out there than when I was growing up I'm still kind of starving for them.

The most interesting thing for me about Mary's talk on Wednesday night was hearing her describe her acting method, and her character's inner lives and struggles. She seemed so caring of each one of her characters as she talked about them, and got emotional talking about their emotional struggles. I just got back to the hotel after MM's lecture. It was utterly fascinating, and Mary looked fab. She really is tiny in person!
