I just thought I would tell you that we're still here and posting, just in a different location.  So.  If you haven't heard for whatever reason that we're moving to Japan for a few months, that's where we'll be.

Is anyone else terribly sick of the olympics?  I mean, enough already.

I didn't realize it until jon pointed out that I  check emails for a living. What happened?  I used to be passionate and artsy and... well, talented.
Now I check emails.  And I call doctors and ask them what colour they like and where the eff their logo is.

J and I are on our way down to San Diego. Internet connections are, of course, rather spotty, but we're updating as much as we can, while we go along.

okay, so many things to < squeak > about lately.

I told j that i wanted to get him a dinner at the French Laundry for his "grooms gift". He said something to the effect of "you're getting me something you want for MY groomsgift." whatever jon. you want to go too. you're just selfish and don't want to share your gift with my interests. ;)

"I'm too drunk to deal with you." as the last words they'll exchange.

Well. I think you and I gave friendship an honest shot, and it just didn't work out.
Maybe someday you'll read this and agree with me. I'm pretty sure it's for the best.
