So for those of you who didn't know, Ive been dieting for like the past 3 months or so....but today my diet comes to a halt....heres the weight change :

before : 186 lbs.

after : 150 lbs.

36 lbs. lost overall.

Last night I did a whole lotta nothing.
Between "life changing experiences" and Jeff at Ralphs...
Oh and lets not forget Kalman's horrible aim at punching and hitting me in the face...
