The reason why I decided to use 'angelaisblessed' as my twitter nickname is because I want it to be a gentle reminder that I am blessed, in so many ways. And I never want to take anyone or anything for granted. Difficult task to keep up with because we all have a tendency to forget, but I'm willing to try.

Last sunday, I brought Kenneth to Epicurious for Part Two ( thanks Jac for the recommendation! ) of his vday gift. The sun was blazing and the heat was really unbearable and we had to wait quite awhile for our food to arrive but it was all worth the wait.
