Dry spell in my blogging again. It's only been two weeks into school but I already feel weary. My readings are either boring, or chim beyond comprehension. That night I started to think about belief. Maybe it’s not even advisable to be an optimist. Maybe pessimism is something we have to apply daily, like moisturizer, otherwise how do you bounce back when reality batters your belief system, and love does not, as promised, conquer all? Is hope a drug we need to go off of, or is it keeping us alive?

I thought my first school day started at 2, instead of what I initially thought, (at 12pm) so I was happily telling kenneth and kiater about it.. In the end my first lecture really starts at 12!! Not 2!! :( Ahhhhh need to stop being so blur.
Feeling grouchy now because I want to stay at home but I can't.

Just thinking about the start of school fills me with this brooding sense of ennui and dread. My doggy just licked my strawberry shortcake!! If I didn't prise the plate out of her tongue's reach, she probably would have ate it up. This is getting very unbecoming.. but super cute nonetheless!! I love my darling doggy so much. Looking at her on most days has the effect of making my heart feel like it could burst with joy :')
