Well one week from today I will be in the air off to London. I still don't have a ride to the airport set up but I am sure that will be worked out.

I am really starting to get excited. I have not seen Ben in over a year.

Well it is done. Ivan has me booked to go to London to see Ben next month. I will leave here on Monday 18 September and arrive in London 19 Sept in the morning. I am sooooo looking forward to this trip. 1st I go to Chicago and then on to London ( Read more... )

What a freakin nightmare OJT is. I have several agents who should not be here. They don't know anything about computers. One agent was told to call 1085 (CRM's) for help and she was trying to use the keyboard instead of the phone. Some did not pass the midterm, and some did not take the midterm.
