This was the first time I've seen a video of him reading and I've never actually heard him on NPR so I was sort of surprised by his voice for some reason. This story is also kind of great.

I've been reading Running with Scissors lately and although it is hilarious, it is also the most horrifying book I've ever read. I gasp and laugh on the same page. Okay, I'm bored. I'll start this community off by asking everyone what their favorite Sedaris short story is. Mine is the Santaland Diaries, from Holidays on Ice. It was a pretty long story and I think one of the first ones he ever read on the radio, but it was probably the most hilarious and quotable Sedaris story to date, as far as I'm concerned.
