I'm in so much pain. How do normal humans deal with this?

I feel like all my organs have been ripped out, ran over, and then placed in the wrong spots back in my body.

I repeat.... I cannot do this alone.

I like good people, and I dislike the bad ones.  How do I weed those ones out?Im tnagled up, and Im planning on crawling out of the mess......that starts....right now.  you make me nervous.
