I'm reading David Sedaris' collection of Christmas stories, Holiday on Ice. (I've yet to figure out how to underline or italicize things on LJ) Here's my favorite quote thus far, which has nothing to do with the holidays particularly, but I like it anyway

I almost peed on myself when I read that story. I really like when he was an elf and he would tell kids to look though the window to catch a glimpse of Cher.

I finished Dress your family about a month ago. It wasn't as funny as I expected it to be.

italicize is simply i. < i > and < /i > but without all the spacing.
