Sometimes it just gets so hard, the constant pressure of trying to reign back a food addiction... But unless I want the gain to continue (NOOOOO!!!!!!), than it *MUST* be done. :/

I commend you for the not holding on to the treadmill thing. I know Jillian's always telling people to do that but I haven't been able to. I'm forever holding on tightly so I don't fly off backward!!!

that is my biggest fear too. it's actually a lot easier to not hold on when you are at an incline. i'm not sure why that is or if i'm just weird, but it works for me, hahaha.
