okay, not really, but i honestly cannot believe that yesterday i hit one of the greatest milestones in my journey so far...i hit 200.8 pounds gone FOREVER!!!

i know some of you may have seen this post already, but of course i have to put it in this journal so that i can always remember it...especially when i'm struggling down the road.

You're welcome. I try my best to state things from a positive perspective. I realised that for so long I kept saying I want to "lose" weight. But I don't like to "lose" per se. I like to win! I'm not a loser!!! So I figured release was a better way. Release, let go, rid myself of... etc :) thanks for adding me back ^_^

That's REALLY wonderful!!! I started at 427 and am at 418, but you don't always hear about people that have lost 200 or more pounds. It is really inspirational to know that it is possible, without surgery no less! So bravo!! That is truly a wonderful, amazing feat to have accomplished. Really wonderful!
