Is it possible for your voice to change when you are female and in your mid-20s (gag!)? I lost my voice sometime in early December. It came back by Christmas time, but it didn't seem like it came back entirely. Whenever I'm out, I notice my voice is sore at the end of the night. Mostly because of shouting over loud music. What's so great about Christmas? Nothing much unless you are 6 and you get nothing but presents. When you get older it doesn't really matter much.
