Good luck! I don't know much about the program, but it sounds like it could be fun.

khedron was telling me about the potential long time away from family... all I had to say is it's a good thing your family has a portable job =)

Essentially it's a competitive cooking show, that's judged by actual judges with a culinary background, rather than popular voting :) I don't quite know how the whole sequestering part of it might work, but I guess I'll find out when/if I get there. There have been people who dropped out when they couldn't handle being away for so long, so I know that's an honourable option :)
