I was reading this thread of a girl who went from 165-116 as a low. She's back at 120 but losing still now. She did that from the end of sept 2015-dec 15/jan 16. Definitely inspiring.
Makes me want to go out and buy my own scale. I definitely cannot lose weight that fast though. It would be a one way ticket back to residential.

If all goes according to plan, I should have 746 calories today. Sticking to vegetarian makes keeping my calories low pretty tolerable.
Breakfast: smoothie 215
Lunch: veggie sandwich 351
(Projected) Dinner: okra gumbo on rice 180

765 yesterday. 764 today. Feels good to restrict. A part of me is saying that is too much and the other is saying it's not enough. Not sure how much I weigh but hope it's less.

Ugh! I hate my eating disorder. Whenever I try to eat healthy, it creeps back in. I spent the last two days binging and purging. It's been so long since I did that but I have to admit it felt pretty good. A relief. But binging and purging makes me gain weight. 166.4 to be exact. Seriously? Such a pain in the ass.

I'm kind of at a stand still with weight loss, but I'm not too worried. I'm consistent with eating less added sugar (somewhere between 5-10g) a day. I am eating predominantly planted based, whole foods. I do need to do more exercise :-/

159.8 today. Different scale though. It's good to see the number consistently go down. I'm pretty much eating plant based foods. I'll throw in some dairy here and there. I am not keeping track of calories. That tends to make me obsessive. Anyways...
