is that some yoga movement on the pic? looks darn cool! i'm hooked to pilates now... but i'm still doing more fundamental stuffs.

my new semester's starting in aug.. i'm trying to lose some flabs before term starts. so we'll work towards our goals, yah? =)

the woman in the picture is a capoeira competitor. some of the moves they do are amazing! im working out the yoga basics at the mo.

what would you recommend? yoga or pilates? I do yoga about 3 times a week - it really helps me tone up and gives me more energy, but I heard pilates have some other benefits?
Are yoga and pilates quite similar?

erm, i thought they were quite similar.
i do a lot of yoga, havent really done pilates, but i've heard a lot of people saying good things about it tho.
