Fucking Lame.

If a player comes to you with an idea to run a game-wide plot? You talk to them about it to make sure it's not going to muck any staff stuff up. You don't say 'sounds good' and then stop talking about it, only to fucking use it yourself.

That's just cheap and malignant. But then, I should have completely expect this. Oh, wait, I didJesus ( Read more... )

There's a few other adjectives I could add to it. But yeah. I'd pretend to be surprised, but it wouldn't be an Oscar-worthy performance.

Color me shocked. Surprised. STARTLED, even.

Wait, no I'm not.

It's not like this is the first time they fucking took your stuff and passed it off as their own, either. THAT is what gets me even MORE riled up.

I promise that when I steal your ideas for Cove 2.0, you'll get credit for them.

Maybe. :)

Here we go.

He was under the impression that you wanted him to run the plot. He also explained to you he had a similar idea. Hell, I've had a similar idea.

Every rule idea he's implemented he's done so after asking your opinions, but he never came up with any of them based on any ideas you had specifically if that's what's meant by 'taking seirayu's stuff and passing it off as their own'.

How does he get the impression I wanted him to run it when I was specifically offering to run it myself? Then again, considering his usual modus operandi, it's not surprising that he only reads whatever half of a conversation he's interested in remembering later.

And frankly? I don't buy any of that. I haven't seen an original idea from him in... ever. I told him the same thing I told you; so you knew I was going to offer running it.
