On August 28, 2010, Shane and I will be married! Woot!

Oh yeah, my future sister-in-law is not invited. Ditto for ex-stepfather and a few other people. :)

So for whoever reads or has read or knows me, knows that Adam and I haven't been together for 4 years. I ended our relationship on 11/25/2004. Our relationship wasn't the best, but we lovED each other. I still talk with him every now and then, nothing real frequent or steady. I have my life, I have moved on from him and so has he. Today, Shane and I have been together for 2.5 years. Wow! And I love him more and more everyday!

So last night, I decided, "What the hell...I'll go vote after work." So as I was standing in line, I noticed something. EVERYONE was speaking ENGLISH. You didn't overhear one conversation in English and then a mother yelling at her brats in spanish. There were no obvious mexicans, no litter of children accompaning a young woman. You know what I love about Costco?

You don't see a swarm of mexicans with their brood of 5-10 "hitos". I'm glad they don't accept EBT or else I would really hate that place.

So in my battle of Stacey vs. Aunt Flo, I decided I better get my ass to the doctor. I have not had a menstrual cycle since January 2008. Shane FINALLY decided on a wedding ring and we bought it. It's so cool, but I can't post a pic since Kay.com doesn't have it on their website. I could take a pic of it, but all the pics I've taken of it looks all retarded and you can't see how cool it looks.

So that makes the 2 most important things about a wedding accomplished - the rings.
