Bender Method.
So today was the first day I used my "Bender Ball" I did all of the work-outs for Abs, Buns and Thighs. I am so sore! I'm going to do like half an hour of yoga too. My Goal is to do this video work out 4 days a week, and go to the gym 3 days a week. I am planning on keeping a photo journal of this transformation too.. hopeful transformation that -
