Thank you! I intend to try to get back to posting a bit more regularly. I was doing a lot of intensive screen work in my job and it managed to put me off recreational computer use.

I never liked New Year until we started the firework displays in 2000.

Wow, that was one long fireworks display. Do you go out and watch it or stay in and watch on TV?

For some reason I would have thought that midnight would have been on the last chime from Big Ben, and not the first. You dolearn something new every day.

There were local fireworks this year, but I chose to stay in and watch the London ones on the TV and talk to my parents on the phone.
