Breakfast, Grocery, Graduation

Began this morning realizing that i have none of my go-to, keeps me full cereal. I have bread for toast, and a bit of peanut butter would add protien, but just feeling blah about it. It feels so ridiculous to force myself to eat when I don't feel like it, but the adult part of me recognizes that a) I need to eat with all the meds I take, and b.) I  ( Read more... )

I hate going to the grocery alone and it's hard to plan meals ahead to know what needs to be bought so I feel you there. Especially if you go hungry. Not a good idea. Portion control is definitely a good thing for unhealthy foods and then you can always have some plain popcorn or carrots or something like that that is very low calorie later on.

I don't think you sound like a worrier...but maybe that's because I'm one lol. I'm glad you have come up with some positive changes to make. Life is about continuelly improving upon yourself and your surroundings I think.
