Began this morning realizing that i have none of my go-to, keeps me full cereal. I have bread for toast, and a bit of peanut butter would add protien, but just feeling blah about it. I don't think you sound like a worrier...but maybe that's because I'm one lol. I'm glad you have come up with some positive changes to make. Life is about continuelly improving upon yourself and your surroundings I think.
