Haha this is why I'm EXTREMELY glad I went to New Hampshire last summer. Alice and I have agreed that spending a summer there has made this heat much more comfortable and even enjoyable at times, because out in NH mid-80's weather is refreshingly cool ( Read more... )

They're really good. You boil one in water, then take the petals, dip them in melted butter, and scrape the mushy underside off with your teeth. It tastes kind of like asparagus.
