it still surprises me when i read stuff like that. that people can be this ignorant and fucked up! how the fuck is gay marriage going to affect any of this fuckheads? if the bill doesn't get passed...people will still be gay and living common-law which is the same damn thing anyway. i just don't understand what the hell it has to do with them. sanctity of marriage my arse...

I really wonder how much of an impact this sort of thing has... I imagine it's bigger than I would even want to think about.
Also as far as I know gay people can already get married in Ontario, can't they? If that's true then my Canadian way of life hasn't changed that much yet. I guess the sky will start falling though when all of Canada's gays can be married.
