Well the plan was implemented about 3 weeks ago...but we did not get seriously started until after May 2nd. and starting this week I have been low carbing it.
Yeah not too bad...but doing a low carb diet really reduces what one can eat. That has been the hardest part of this past week. I am pretty sure that I will not continue the low carb portion of this diet for much longer.
Also we usually treat ourselves a bit on the weekend.
i think 5 lbs is pretty damn good considering how much we ate during certain days, like that one weekend we went out 5 times, and we both had buffet already once this week!
you have more energy? :O i only start feeling the energy boost after i start exercising. i'm trying to figure out the equation between why i lose so much water weight overnight on certain days while i still retain during others. so far there seems to be no correlation, but i bet the key is what times i drink water at night and how long i sleep.

I am thinking I should cardio tonight and maybe tomorrow morning before dim sum as well
