Anyways, I determined I walk/run with an overpronation. Why does this matter...because I have probably been using the wrong kind of shoes which with continued use may cause lasting damage. Well looks like I need a new pair running shoes and maybe tennis shoes as well.

Over-pronation is a biomechanical problem that occurs in the walking/running process when a person's arch collapses upon weight bearing. The ankle will turn inward too much and the alignent of the bones will not be at the most optimum. Depending on the degree of over-pronation and other factors serious problems can develop effecting the feet, ankles, knees, and evern the spine.

Its more of a problem if you run alot.
