So I had a colonoscopy on Wednesday. Much more pleasant than the last time I had one. They actually sedated me this time and it was pain free. The only thing that hurt was my pride, but I have so little of that anyway, it didn't make a difference...ha

Yes. He is named Poly. He is a sombre reminder of the evils that lurk in this world. He shall forever be my arch-enemy. He will strike again, this is known. But what is not known is when...unless you count in the future as knowing when, but that gets confusing. But when Poly returns, I, Lawrence Phillip Peter Deswiage will again put my pride aside and bend over on that surgical table and take it like a man...for I will prevail...for I am a MAN!!!
