Sam meets Jess’ parents. Jess’ mom has purebred cats and is totally obsessed with them in a disturbing way- she dresses them up in little outfits and takes pictures of them. She takes the fact that Sam is very allergic like a personal insult. Sam spends the whole time alternating between sneezing his head off, lying through his teeth in answer to awkward questions, and resisting the urge to fall asleep under the influence of his very strong allergy medication. Jess is very keen to make it up to him, so they go back to a motel room, strip off their dander covered clothes and jump in the shower...
