Well, thank goodness I put off changing our car insurance to Collision only; turns out we have comprehensive coverage. The claims ball is now in motion, and should pick up speed once we get past the holiday.

Judging from what I'm seeing on Edmunds.com, looks like I'll have maybe $1000 to buy a replacement car. My checks at craigslist have turned up some possibilities.
