I ran 3 miles Tuesday and 3 miles Wednesday. Last night I ran 3 miles in 23:51. That's under 8 minute miles! We were going pretty fast :) Tonight is another 3 mile run. I might run inside. Yesterday I ran 10 miles. This is the longest I've ever ran in my life! It was beautiful outside and the lakes were packed with people. Gnats hatched last night too.
