This damn thing really hurts

Anyway, was gonna write about London but I passed out at like 11:30 last night, and just woke up, but I caught up on my sleep so I feel great, compared to yesterday where I felt terrible all day...

I gotta go. I have to be at work in 20 minutes.

Today I start my new workout regimen. I currently weigh 228 lbs.

Oh yeah, RIP Francis. I guess Ruth is on his/her own now. Apparently it carries the torch now, seeing as how I have a flashy Lightrail bumper sticker on my car now.

I'm back. I'm exhausted. I'm working tomorrow. Going to bed. I'll write about the trip tomorrow.

Jared and I just had an interesting conversation, it made me think.
