Kibum walks on the opposite side of the street as Jonghyun. They both keep their heads down, Kibum’s listening to his music and scrolling through his library, whilst Jonghyun plays on his phone, desperately trying to find that high score. Even if they walk on different sides of the street, live across from each other when it comes to their apartments, or that they work in the same office building-Kibum and Jonghyun will never look up and see what has been beside them the whole time

goodness, anon, i knew that any response to this prompt was likely to break my heart but you broke it so beautifully ;~;

i love contrasting storylines, the what-ifs, but especially If they had, Kibum would have probably started laughing first. Jonghyun is a short, goofy guy, and Kibum has a thing for men like those, men that he loves as friends before he loves as lovers. Jonghyun, being the light-hearted man he was, would laugh back-mainly because he would notice how beautiful Kibum looked when he laughed. ♥

oh god anon, i loved this. all the 'what if's and 'could have been's :( i really like how you portray their relationships with others (key/minho and jonghyun/onew) and how you write it so matter of fact but it contains a world of emotion. and then that ending of how they are so close but they don't take that chance :(
